  My experience with Robert Molner, General Contractor in Point Pleasant has been nothing but, exceptional !! I was referred to Bob Molner a few years back when I hired him to do a small renovation on my house. Before I was able to begin the renovation, Super Storm Sandy hit the Jersey Shore and my house was declared more than 50% damaged and, demolished a few months later. It took almost 2 years to get through the regulations for a new build and Bob Molner stood by me every step of the way. He recommended local contractors to conduct some of the work that was required…….Morris Surveyors, Ground Hawg demolition, etc. Each and every contractor was great to work with and reasonably priced.
  
  My house is now completed and I could not be more pleased. It is everything I expected and more. There were some architectural problems with the house plans but, with the help of Bob Molner and his sub-contractors (Dream Team) the problems were worked out. They not only fixed the problems but, suggested changes to enhance the curb appeal which I was very happy about. During the course of the construction, Bob also pointed out cost savings which actually turned out to be more appealing than what was proposed by my architect. Bob Molner has an eye for detail and a good sense of design and finishes.
  
  When I would stop at the house for a walk thru, the construction site was always kept immaculate, free of debris and hazardous areas. Bob and his crew were always on site and if something needed to be changed, the changes were made without making me feel uncomfortable about it. It was evident that Bob Molner knew and worked with these sub-contractors for many years and, their mutual respect for each other was apparent. They just didn’t build the house per plan but, had pride in what was to be.
  
  Bob Molner, has always had my best interest at heart and, it shows now that the house is completed. The house is beautiful inside and out and I have Bob Molner and his Dream Team to thank for it.
  
  Thank you Bob, I could not have gotten through this without you….!!!!!
  
  Lessons learned: It’s more important to hire a good contractor than it is to hire a good architect.
