  About 30% of the visit scheduled for our 2nd grade class trip visit was wasted by aquarium management or their assigns inexplicably making all our children wait for no reason in the parking lot for close to 30% of the allotted total visit time. Therefore 1/3 of the money should be refunded to our class if fairness mattered. The kids' time is lost irrevocably besides the money because we could have done something more constructive with these kids. And I recommend other school classes not visit here for the same reasons.
  
  The kids apparently enjoyed the scant 40 minutes they did have at the place at least. Not worth the trip across the state and the lost class time, overall though.
