  This man took my deposit cancelled my trip and kept my money I just won a judgement in court (At which he never even showed up to defend himself-Coward that he is) and I will collect soon. I have been in touch with many other people that he ripped off in similar ways. I don't know if he has some kind of problem? Substance problem? I think the Coast Guard should look into this man and his dealings. I think he might be a danger. Run don't walk away from this man and his business. By the way 0 stars!
